Mental Wellness

Mental wellness is more than the absence of any mental illness.A person who is free of any mental disorder and is in complete state of mind may also suffer from mental issues.

These mental issues can be due to various reasons i.e. from personal to professional.

According to WHO,mental wellness is defined as “a state of well being in which the individual realizes his or her abilities and is able to cope with the normal stresses of life productively and fruitfully and is able to make a contribution to the community.”

It is observed that mentally well people are always joyful,positive and optimist and hence they are always able to realize their abilities quicker,cope with the stress in a easier way and da with the challenges that comes in life and as a result they are always productive when it comes to their work front.

One need to realize that mental health takes time and one need to put in so much effort for dealing with any mental issues.The more you invest,the stronger and quicker you will deal with it.
